Experience Planner

A company is looking for a Reservations Experience Planner to oversee the Experience Planning and Reservations process for guests. Key Responsibilities Deliver superior experience planning for guests of all three resorts Make authentic connections with guests through various communication channels Assist with guest inquiries and ensure all guests are supported before leaving for the day Required Qualifications Must reside within 180 miles of the resort Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet sales revenue goals Flexible schedule and ability to work independently Prior remote work experience is preferred for remote positions
