    • About the Role :

    We're hiring a Technical Architect to lead architecture and solution design for enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations. This is a strategic role combining leadership, architecture, and hands-on design across complex digital landscapes.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Architect and implement scalable Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales & Service) solutions
  • Customize, configure, and integrate Dynamics 365 in both Online and on-premises environments
  • Lead end-to-end integration using REST, OData, WebAPI , and middleware platforms
  • Build apps and automate processes using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Conduct technical workshops, present solution architectures, PoCs , and technical roadmaps
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into scalable designs
  • Enable seamless data migration and analytics via SSRS and Power BI
  • Deploy using Azure services : ADF, Service Bus, Apps, Functions, Data Lake
  • Manage full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM instances in cloud-based environments
  • Stay current on tools like Sales Insights, Customer Voice, Customer Service Insights

    • Required Technical Expertise :

  • Strong architecture skills in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
  • Programming proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL
  • Experience with CRM SDK, MSD Developer Toolkit
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, AAD, SSIS , and agile development practices
