As a Business Analyst, you'll be more than just a note-taker—you'll be an essential part of the engine that drives our success. Here’s how you'll make an impact :

• Become the Jira Guru : Master the Jira processes, using your skills to track features, stories, and tasks, and build powerful reports that give us a real-time view of our progress.
• Translate Vision into Action : Sit in on critical requirements discussions, capturing key decisions and turning meeting notes into crystal-clear documentation that guides our development efforts.
• Drive Momentum : Proactively follow up with team members to resolve open items and clear roadblocks. You'll be the one to get things done, whether it’s through a quick chat or a dedicated call.
• Visualize the Future : Create simple but effective flowcharts that help everyone understand our processes and system requirements.
• Orchestrate Seamless Meetings : Collaborate with project leads to create detailed agendas and facilitate meetings, ensuring every discussion is productive and every objective is met.
• Own the Narrative : Write and distribute accurate meeting minutes that serve as the single source of truth for all project outcomes. You'll also actively follow up to make sure tasks are on track.
• Tell Our Story : Maintain stunning PowerPoint and Excel reports that track our progress, milestones, and achievements, keeping stakeholders informed and excited about our journey.
• Cultivate Knowledge : Build and maintain our project knowledge base, making sure critical decisions and information are always easy to find.
