Job Description
The LTL Pricing analyst will analyze and manage Less-than-Truckload (LTL) and consolidation rates. Maintain contracts, tariffs, and pricing data, monitor expirations, and create optimized pricing solutions that support company strategy and efficiency.
Shift Full-time, Monday through Friday Standard business hours
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize pricing models using customer data.
- Maintain pricing agreements, update rating systems, and track contract / tariff expirations.
- Partner with Sales and Operations on pricing strategies and RFP support.
- Improve consolidation network and act as TMS super-user (e.g., MercuryGate).
- Resolve rating discrepancies and perform root cause analyses with Accounting / Operations.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferredExperience
1+ year in non-asset brokerage, truckload, or LTL pricing.3PL experience preferred.Proficient with TMS (MercuryGate a plus).Strong Excel skills; experience with data visualization / reporting tools.Personality Traits

Pay / Benefits / Perks
70,000 SalaryAccrue up to five days PTO in first year.
