Position Number : S73220

This position is a Grade : 6 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $31,770 - $38,130 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding customer service to faculty, staff, students, parents, visitors, and vendors
  • Issue parking permits and maintain accurate permit records
  • Accept and process parking ticket payments efficiently
  • Handle parking appeals and communicate decisions professionally
  • Provide fill-in support for departmental operations
  • Perform related administrative duties as assigned
  • Maintain positive relationships with diverse campus community members

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One to three years of related work experience
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications and database management
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with diverse populations
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor
