Job Title : Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Location : Scottsdale, AZ (East Bell Road and the 101)

Compensation : Starting at $20.00 per hour. Dependent on Experience!

Employment Type : Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Schedule : On-site Monday through Friday 8-hour day shift. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

Envita Medical Center is seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to add to our growing team. The Accounts Receivable Coordinator will work directly with patients undergoing treatments at our facility to ensure all patient accounts are in good standing. Our ideal candidate will have the ability and confidence to discuss payment options and balances due with patients. Attention to detail is key in this position as you will be responsible for processing all charges on the patients' accounts.

Job Activities and Responsibilities :

Enter daily charges for treatment, labs, and other expenses

Review financial policies with patients

Create patient accounts in Point of Sale system

Process payments

Collect, review, scan, and upload signed patient quotes

Prepare sales details and payment reminders for patients

Prepare reports for internal and external use

Communicate any billing issues proactively with management

Qualifications :

Experience in bookkeeping, accounts receivable, or a related field preferred

Completion of a 4-year degree from a college or university

High level of customer service, phone skills, and etiquette

Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, professional, and a team player

Adhere to HIPAA, OSHA rules and regulations, and the Envita Employee Handbook
