Key Responsibilities Register loans within MERS and transfer servicing once the loan has been purchased Run all conventional loans through UCD via Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac portals Deliver document bundles to investors for purchase review and track trailing loan documents Required Qualifications Recent graduate (BA / BS) or early-career professional Ambitious and eager to learn Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks Tech-savvy or quick to learn new systems Interest in real estate, finance, or fintech is a plus
