job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience Solid understanding of TCP / IP, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP. Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools such as Ping, Traceroute, Wireshark, and NetFlow. Proven ability to troubleshoot and fix network challenges including performance slowdowns, hardware malfunctions, and misconfigurations.
Must work in the office M-F
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and cross-functional teams to collect and assess project requirements.
- Design adaptable and efficient automation solutions that align with business objectives.
- Build and manage the rollout of system integrations, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange between platforms.
- Develop tailored automation workflows aimed at reducing manual tasks and improving overall productivity.
- Write, debug, and maintain Bash, Batch, and PowerShell scripts to meet project-specific automation needs.
- Connect automation solutions with third-party applications, APIs, and cloud services to streamline synchronization and process execution.
- Investigate and resolve post-deployment issues to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.
- Oversee deployment of custom configurations across large-scale user groups or multiple environments to ensure consistency and accuracy.
