Production Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leader in the healthcare technology industry, is seeking a Production Technician III to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the manufacture, configuration, refurbishment, and repair of world-class Ultrasound machines. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to quality.

What's the Job?

  • Comply with all Quality Management System requirements and applicable laws / regulations.
  • Evaluate and identify damaged components, order replacement parts, and create work orders.
  • Disassemble systems, clean all components, and repair / replace damaged parts.
  • Verify correct system operation through diagnostic and functional tests.
  • Work with engineers and team leaders to improve process quality and efficiency.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or local equivalent and 2 or more years of relevant experience. Associate degree or higher in technology or engineering related discipline preferred.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or service role in a regulated industry (Medical Device, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate, receive, and understand written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Excellent attendance, accountability, teamwork, and personal initiative.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and focus on product quality and safe working practices.
  • Flexibility to work both independently and within a team.
