Staffmark is hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to lead and support the Procurement team for a dynamic company in Lafayette, LA. This role ensures goods and services are procured to the required specifications, quality, and cost while driving process improvements and supplier management excellence.

What You’ll Do :
Lead and coordinate the Procurement team, including staff development and performance management.Execute purchasing activities from quotation to delivery, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective procurement.Develop and implement supplier management strategies and monitor supplier compliance with HSEQ standards.Drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement aligned with supply chain goals.Support departmental activities and other procurement-related tasks as needed.Ensure adherence to company business principles, ethics, and Code of Conduct.What We’re Looking For :
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.Proven experience in supply chain best practices and team leadership.Strong business process development skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP preferred.Why You’ll Love Working with Us :
