The Multimedia Marketing Associate will focus on new business development, generating advertising revenue by establishing relationships with new prospects and presenting targeted advertising solutions across broadcast and digital mediums.

Responsibilities :

  • Establish credible relationships with the local business community.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management Leadership, Creative Director, and Production Manager to build effective long-term advertising campaigns.
  • Make sales calls on prospective clients to develop new accounts.
  • Implement strategies to consistently grow and exceed revenue goals.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations to clients and prospects.
  • Educate clients on how specific types of advertising will promote their products or services effectively.
  • Provide clients with rate information for advertising placement across all media.
  • Build marketing campaigns across various tactics, including but not limited to broadcast, SEO, SEM, display, email, social media, OTT, and programmatic advertising.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Marketing or related experience.
  • Successful outside sales experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and advertising platforms.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet use.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
