Medical Billing Associate

A company is looking for a Part Time Medical Billing Associate - Patient Services. Key Responsibilities Answer high volume inbound patient phone calls and manage copay collections Create and maintain billing ledgers, assist with patient electronic communications, and support admin functions Achieve goals set by management related to patient payments and assist in larger projects as needed Required Qualifications At least 1 year of related experience in a high-volume call center or patient support environment Proven ability to manage and de-escalate challenging patient interactions Strong attendance and reliability with a track record of meeting schedules Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Effective time management skills to balance high call volume while maintaining quality
