Job Description

Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn  is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the team.

The goal of this position is to efficiently and professionally assist our customers with all of their service needs. Building loyalty and trust, creating an amazing guest experience, generating profit and maintaining area-leading customer satisfaction index.

Responsibilities :

  • Greeting and assisting guests with service needs
  • Generating estimates
  • Completing estimate review with guest in timely manner to maximize opportunity
  • Seeing through completion of approved work and actively covering
  • Conducting post-repair follow-up
  • Resolving customer complaints with manager assistance
  • Covering results, progression and training with Service Manager daily

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Confident ability to operate with little supervision
  • Process driven, with great organizational skills
  • The desire to be successful in a fun, fast-paced, high-volume highly motivational environment
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • Must be able to work scheduled hours
  • Experience with CDK drive
