We are seeking a skilled and bilingual Operator / Foreman to join our team. This role requires experience in excavation, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a crew and communicate effectively with a diverse team and client base.

Position : Bilingual Laborer / Operator / Foreman

Location : Denver and Surrounding Areas

Type : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operate excavation machinery (excavators, loaders, etc.) safely and efficiently.
  • Supervise and direct daily job site operations, ensuring quality and safety standards.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members in both English and Spanish.
  • Oversee crew members, provide on-site training as needed, and maintain project timelines.
  • Conduct equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in excavation or related field.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience as a supervisor or supervisor in construction or excavation.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
