Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests during overnight hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Assist members with check-in and membership inquiries using our software systems.
- Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance issues to ensure safety.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash drawer accurately at the end of the shift.
- Promote membership deals and programs to enhance member engagement.
- Respond to member concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth overnight operations.
Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service experience preferred.Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight shifts.Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.Must be available to work Monday through Thursday from 10 PM to 6 AM.Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their health goals.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality.6 month retention bonus of $500
