Call Center Representative

Inbound and outbound calls

Taking and tasking messages to providers and staff throughout the clinic

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Covering for front office receptionist who are out

Handling of calls between 2-10 minutes per call depending on the nature / need of the call

Primary care anywhere between 60-80 calls per day. Averaging about 2-3 minutes. Status of authorizations.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00 / hr.
