What We Offer :

  • Competitive Compensation :  Base salary  plus commission , with an average earning potential of  $55,000 to $75,000+ OTE  based off an hourly rate, plus tiered commission sales.

Requirements :   Your Role :

  • Consultative Selling :  Use product expertise to demonstrate how our arch supports transform lives.
  • Drive Sales :  Work collaboratively to enhance customer experience and maximize results.
  • Customer Satisfaction :  Maintain  exceptional service standards  and build lasting client relationships.
  • Inventory Management :  Ensure seamless product availability and showroom readiness.

    • Position Details :

  • Job Type :  Full-time, In-person
  • Pay :  $55,000 - $75,000 per year (Base + Commission)
  • Schedule :  8 to 10-hour shifts, weekends required
