Location : Anaheim, CA

Shift : 3rd Shift | 12AM- 830AM

Pay : $26 per hour

Job Overview :

We're looking for a skilled and reliable Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Anaheim facility. This role requires hands-on leadership in areas such as warehouse sorting, machine operation, document scanning quality control, and overall production workflow. The ideal candidate will be experienced in leading a team, meeting production quotas, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and coordinate all aspects of production processes

Supervise a team of at least 10+ employees

Ensure sorting, machine operations, and scanning tasks are performed accurately and efficiently

Monitor quality control standards and correct any deviations

Track progress and ensure all team members meet daily / weekly quotas

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Communicate clearly with team members and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Production Lead or similar role

Experience managing a team of 10+ employees

Familiarity with warehouse workflows, machine operation, and quality control

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Must pass an interview, background check, and complete I-9 verification
