We are looking for coachable entry-level or experienced Sales Specialists who want to grow personally and professionally to eventually provide leadership amongst a growing team.  This is a virtual or in-home (based on your preference) relationship-building sales role based on a commission-only structure.  Our Philosophy Our philosophy is to better our lives through bettering the lives of others.

Job Duties :

  • Setting Appointments : 6-8 hours per week : reaching out to potential clients that have previously requested coverage with our company and scheduling a time to meet with them to discuss their mortgage protection coverage.

Research :

  • 4-5 hours per week : digging into the information the client provided in order to customize options to meet their financial need in the case of a death or disability.
  • Meeting with Families :

  • 2 days per week : meeting with clients either virtually or in-person (the choice is yours) to present their options, discuss the details of the coverage, and help them apply for coverage.
  • Administrative :

  • 2 hours per week : following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting Commissions as a New Agent This position is a commission-only based sales position.
  • The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family you protect.
  • Our expectation is that a full-time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week.
  • In addition to mortgage protection, we also have a selection of premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect their current retirement accounts (e.g. 401k's and IRA's) from losing money in the stock market.
  • We have extensive training on how these products work and how to sell them.
  • In addition to uncapped commission, we have a competitive bonus structure program along with incentive trips agents / managers can qualify for based on their individual and team results.
