Key Account Manager Position at Tektronix
Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team at Tektronix (Tek), a leading provider of electronic test and measurement solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of key industries and a proven track record in managing major accounts and driving business growth. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our top-tier customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Strategic Account Planning : Create and implement comprehensive key account management plans that align with Tek's objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Sales and Business Development : Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue new customer acquisitions across target sectors.
- Technical Consultation : Provide expert advice on our solutions, helping customers to understand their benefits and value within the customers' portfolio, systems, and applications.
- Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with customer needs, industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with extended team, including direct sales, distributor partners, product line, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer engagement with Tek's solutions and services.
- Reporting and Documentation : Prepare detailed reports and presentations on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for team and senior management.

Pay Range : The salary range for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives / commissions in local currency) is 131600 - 244400.
