Overview
Our Cyber Practice is looking for an Account Representative to join their collaborative and industrious account service team. The Cyber Account Representative provides cyber insurance placement and support services to a broad range of clients ranging from technology to retail and media companies. Your primary responsibility will be to support the book of business and account team in developing strong relationships with clients and carriers. You will play a crucial role in handling day-to-day client inquiries, analyzing client information, and both assisting and placing cyber insurance policies How you'll make an impact Support the book of business and account team efforts of developing relationships with clients and carriers Analyze client information and help clients understand, manage, and transfer risk from Account Managers Respond to daily client inquiries and requests, ensuring exceptional client service Prepare materials for client information requests, carrier submissions, proposals, and presentations Review contracts and issue certificates of insurance for clients Contribute to client presentations, renewal marketing, and the process of planning for the future. Update and maintain account specifications within our agency management system Coordinate the distribution of key insurance documents to clients, ensuring timeliness and accuracy Collaborate with accounting to resolve client billing issues Learn how to successfully manage a book of business from Account Managers About You Minimum of two years of industry experience (broker or carrier side) preferred Desire to learn and be part of something special Exceptional communication skills - oral, written, phone, and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and build client and internal relationships Strong analytical, organization, and time management skills Strong collaboration skills Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required High school diploma or equivalent experience required, college degree preferred Required to obtain the applicable insurance license(s) within 90 days of date of hire Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package.
