Utility Specialist

We are currently seeking a Utility Ground Worker based out of our Buckeye, AZ plant location. This role is responsible for operating equipment, maintaining water flow to the plant, performing inspections and lubrication, ensuring safety compliance, cross-training in various duties, and supporting effective communication and operational efficiency.

Day to Day :

• Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition
• Be able to operate front end loader / skid steer
• Keep water pumped running to maintain fresh water to the plant
• Grease and inspect the plant
• Cross train to learn other duties
• Comply with all industry safety rules, procedures and applicable government regulations
• Perform daily pre-shift equipment and workplace inspections to maintain equipment performance
• Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned

A typical work schedule consists of daytime hours Monday through Friday, may be required to work overtime. Saturdays may be required based on production needs.
