EPAM is searching for a Lease Accountant to enhance the Lease Accounting Team.

Responsibilities

  • Review the leasing agreements and related documents
  • Develop the accounting checklists per each new lease / modification
  • Create the payment schedule for the lease contract and enter the lease contract information into the SAP accounting system
  • Prepare and evaluate the reports to support EPAM 10Q and 10K disclosures
  • Assess the leasing financial information on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Communicate with Facilities Teams across the globe

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Background in IFRS or US GAAP accounting
  • English language level B1+, both written and spoken

    • Nice to have

  • Readiness to learn and operate finance systems such as SAP and other customized software
  • DipIFR / ACCA or similar certification
