We are excited to welcome a Senior Accounting Specialist to collaborate with our client’s rapidly expanding global finance team. This pivotal role balances execution and oversight, involving daily transaction management, supporting junior team members, and ensuring high-quality, timely reporting to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Communication :

Serve as the primary contact for junior finance team members.

Perform daily reconciliations of bank and crypto accounts.

Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring timely completion across the team.

Identify workflow gaps and inefficiencies; propose and implement solutions.

Collaboration :

In this role, you'll report to senior leadership and work alongside a finance team. Your interactions will involve coordination with junior accountants, internal stakeholders, and select external contacts. Our Operations Manager will provide guidance and support to help you thrive and continuously develop your career.

Work Environment :
