We are a hotel management office located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle looking for a professional, dependable, trustworthy Accounting Assistant to join our team. This person needs to be incredibly organized and a very independent and proactive problem solver. Someone who will not hesitate to pick up the phone to call vendors or hotel management to help resolve issues.

About us! We assist hotel management staff with accounts payable, payroll, taxes and anything else we can. We currently work with 17 hotels in Western Washington, one hotel in Hawaii and a new hotel in Illinois. We are growing fast and need an additional staff member.
