• 3 - 5 years as an attorney with experience in real estate, covenant enforcement, and civil litigation;
• Ability to prioritize multiple matters and projects and / or delegate work as needed;
• Strong drafting and research skills;
• Client-focused, with an ability to solve complex problems
• Effective communication skills;
• Leadership and project management skills, and
• Self-motivated while being a team member.
