Accounts Payable Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented AP professional ready to take ownership of a vital function in a fast-moving environment? We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist who can work both independently and collaboratively to keep our financial operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do :

• Own the full AP cycle, including invoice entry, coding, matching, and payment processing
• Perform 2-way and 3-way matching to ensure accuracy between POs, receipts, and invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and maintain vendor relationships
• Prepare payment runs and support monthly closing activities
• Collaborate across teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

What We're Looking For :

Strong AP background with hands-on experience in 2-way and 3-way matching. Self-motivated, organized, and dependable able to manage responsibilities independently. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Team-oriented with excellent communication and follow-up skills. Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes with ease.
