YOU
As an Accounts Payable Coordinator you will be responsible for managing payment of all local purchase obligations such as goods, services, freight, utilities etc. You are also responsible for ensuring successful business partnerships with our vendors.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (% of Time)
Manages the day-to-day processing of all invoices related to goods, service and utilities. Ensure that all invoices adhere to company policy ensuring confirmed receipt of said goods or service as well as cost validation. (50%)
Manages the day-to-day processing of all freight invoices as related customer shipments and in bound freight. Ensures that all invoices are processed within the approved guidelines set forth via company policy and in compliance with vendor contracts. (15%)
Preparation of month end accruals and reporting for finance to ensure compliance with company policies ensuring accurate financials. (15%)
Validate and maintain vendor account setup. (10%)
Facilitate disputes between the Supplier and the organization. (5%)
Others duties as assigned. (5%)
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
If you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too :
- 2-3 years of related experience or training.
- Intermediate computer skills with experience in MS Office, ERP and reporting systems.
- Able to foster and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams toward a common goal of providing world class customer service.
- High attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills both written and oral.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Self-starter who can work autonomously.

This job operates in a professional office environment where standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printer / scanner, etc. are frequently used.
TRAVEL REQUIRED
This job requires 5% domestic travel.
WORK STATUS & LOCATION
This full-time, non-exempt position is located in Riverside, CA.
RELOCATION
Relocation is not available for this position.
Pay
$24.76 - $37.16 / hour
