Accounts Receivable Clerk Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our team and support our financial operations. In this role, you will manage customer invoicing, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and professional, with a focus on accuracy and customer service, contributing to the overall efficiency of our finance department.

Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities :

• Prepare and send accurate customer invoices on a scheduled basis.
• Record incoming payments and update customer accounts in accounting software.
• Monitor aging reports and actively follow up on overdue accounts via phone and email.
• Maintain thorough and organized records of invoices, receipts, and correspondence.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing issues and payment status.
• Assist the accounting team with administrative and financial tasks as required.
