Position : Accounts Payable Coordinator (Part-Time)

The Classic Center is looking for a Part-Time Accounts Payable Coordinator to help keep our financial operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do :
You’ll play a key role in managing our purchasing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong vendor relationships. Responsibilities include :
- Handling invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Processing weekly check runs and ACH payments
- Assisting with credit card reconciliation and audit preparation
- Helping integrate systems to improve our workflow
- Communicating professionally with vendors and colleagues
- Upholding the Classic Center’s values every step of the way
What You Bring to the Table :
The candidate who is selected for this position will have to successfully pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.
