job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide Daily Support to frontline staff Check and distribute incoming mail Receive and assist with incoming phone calls Process and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies Enter and process recurring bills. Serve as a point of contact for vendors, resolving payment issues, discrepancies, and answering queries.
