Responsibilities
- Reviewing and processing invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and adherence to company policies
- Interacting with vendors to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and maintain positive relationships
- Preparing and executing payments within established timelines
- Maintaining accurate records of transactions, invoices, and payment history
- Reconciling accounts payable transactions with general ledger accounts
- Adhering to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Identifying, and resolving issues related to invoices, payments, and vendor accounts
- Partnering closely with other departments to ensure seamless Accounts Payable processes

This is a Monday-Friday role. The hours are 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.
