Mission

The mission of the Operations Manager is to generate and grow sustainable revenue for the Company. This is achieved through operational efficiency, developing a team, optimizing customer retention, and ensuring the execution of revenue-generating activities.

Success in this role means consistently meeting and exceeding key performance targets across multiple categories. These include :

• Achieve the targeted revenue across mosquito control, pest control, and holiday lighting services by year-end 2025.
• Maintain a consistent revenue intake per week during the peak operational period.
• Ensure a steady workforce of full-time in-field technicians throughout the active season.
• Reach the set annual revenue target for holiday lighting services by year-end.
• Generate additional revenue by achieving a targeted percentage of upsell conversions.
• Maintain a strong sales conversion rate to optimize new business acquisitions.
• Operate within the allocated budget as defined in the Profit and Loss projections.

You will play a key role in driving growth and operational success by achieving these benchmarks.
