Advertising And Marketing Coordinator

Schedule : Full Time

Location : Reno, NV

Salary : $44,000 - $55,000

Minimum / Preferred Requirements :

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Superior organizational, time management and communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high quality content and complete tasks with consistency and accuracy.
• Proficiency in standard business applications such as MS Word, Google Docs, MS Excel, Google Sheets MS Power Point, Google Forms, and others.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent guest service to internal clients, outside vendors and property guests.
• Ability to work effective and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently and capable of handling multiple projects within established timelines.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
• Hospitality experience, especially understanding of guest expectations and offers.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong written, oral communication, interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, energetic personality with inquiring, investigative mind.
• Flexible and adaptable in regard to learning and understanding new technologies and practices.
• Ability to conduct research into application- and software-related issues and products.
• Highly logical and technically proficient.
• Keen attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions through decisive judgment.
