MB Heating & Cooling in Springfield, IL is actively seeking a full-time Experienced Electrician to connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, generators, and other components, as well as install solar panels and residential wind turbines. This position plans layouts and installations by reading blueprints and completing panel changes. Do you have a few years of experience as an electrical technician? QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EXPERIENCED ELECTRICIAN
- 3+ years of experience as an electrical technician
- Springfield electrician license OR will obtain license within 1 year of hire
- Ability to read blueprints and complete panel changes
- Physical ability to stand, kneel, crouch, work in the attic, and climb a ladder
- Physical ability to work in an environment that is a high risk of electrical shock, extreme weather conditions, and excessive precarious conditions
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work overtime as needed
