Position Overview

We are hiring a licensed Branch 3 Termite Inspector for the Solano County area. This position is ideal for experienced inspectors who want a high volume of quality leads, full administrative and repair support, and clear pathways for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough termite and wood-destroying organism (WDO) inspections in accordance with California regulations
  • Generate clear, accurate reports for real estate transactions and homeowners
  • Communicate findings professionally with clients, agents, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with in-house repair teams for seamless project handoffs
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent Goodlife Inspections with integrity

Requirements

  • Active Branch 3 Field Representative license (Required)
  • 2+ years of termite inspection experience
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of structural pest control regulations and standards
  • Valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
