Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations in a natural stone warehouse, including receiving, inventory control, and distribution. This physically demanding role requires strong leadership and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Manage all warehouse functions from receiving to shipping.
• Coordinate inbound / outbound shipments with suppliers and transporters.
• Optimize layout and product flow for efficiency.
• Ensure accurate labeling and loading of stock.
• Operate and supervise the use of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts.
• Conduct stock control, audits, and cycle counts.
• Inspect incoming materials and maintain accurate records.
• Handle damage claims and communicate with purchasing / customer service.
• Collaborate with logistics to minimize stockouts and track KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse and showroom staff.
• Set goals, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
• Promote a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure proper equipment certification.
• Work with internal teams to ensure timely shipments.
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and transport partners.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $30.29 - $32.69 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
