Job Title : Production Business Analyst

Pay Rate : $35 / hr

Location : Riverside, CA

Schedule : Hyrbid, 3 Days in Office and 2 at Home

About the Role

AppleOne is seeking a Production Business Analyst to support payroll operations for a large employee population. This role focuses on On-Cycle Payroll Processing and / or Final Pay Processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do

Process payroll for high-volume employee groups.

Audit and validate payroll transactions.

Calculate and process final pay, including accrued vacation and related payouts.

Troubleshoot payroll system issues.

Analyze large amounts of payroll data.

Support improvements to make processes faster and more efficient.

Occasionally work evenings, weekends, or holidays during payroll deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

Experience with PeopleSoft.

Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, macros).

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Payroll experience preferred.

Time and Labor and / or Absence Management experience a plus.
