Assists with painting, carpentry and remodeling of the entire Casino property. Assists, when needed, in moving of Casino game tables, chairs, office furniture and supplies as needed. Abides by and adheres to the Casino safety policy as well as the State Health Department regulations. Assists the Facilities Manager and Supervisors as needed with various tasks. Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. Responding to breakdowns. Repairing equipment. Shift and 'on-call' work may be required. Other duties as assign.

The maintenance engineer's work involves checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures. Maintenance engineers ensure that casino equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
COMPENSATION
23.00-$24.00 PER HOUR

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required :
- Three years' minimum maintenance worker or equivalent experience required
- Must be familiar with all boom lifts / scissor lifts
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to communicate in a positive and professional manner with tenants, employees, and vendors
- Available for emergency call-in, possible weekend and overnight and / or overtime shifts
- Ability to exercise good judgement
- Good customer service skills
- Team player attitude
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
- High school diploma or equivalent

WORK ENVIRONMENT
