About the Position
The Asphalt & Concrete Division Manager will lead all aspects of the company's asphalt, concrete, striping, sealcoat, and crackseal operations. This role combines strategic leadership, operational management, and financial oversight , with responsibility for the division's overall performance, profitability, and long-term growth.
The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader capable of managing teams, building business relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across estimating, production, staffing, safety, quality, and customer service. Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will have full P&L responsibility for the division and will help shape the company's strategic direction in the Colorado market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi-year strategic plan
to achieve prudent revenue and profit growth.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and relationship managers to build market presence and win new business.
Manage the opportunity pipeline through Salesforce
and ensure all bid / proposal deadlines and quality standards are met.
Requirements
At least 5 years of leadership experience
managing crews, operations, and budgets.
