We are currently seeking a Nurse Manager to join our team. The Nurse Manager provides administrative and clinical supervision to all nursing staff and psychiatric technicians on two or more units. The Nurse Manager is a liaison to department directors and administration to ensure coordinated and efficient operations of services and departments on their unit. The Nurse Manager promotes patient care consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Fairmount Behavioral Health System and the ANA Standards of Practice for Psychiatric Mental Health Care.
