Liberty Personnel is working with a growing CPA Firm client looking to add an experienced Manager with Partner potential. Our client is very family oriented, offers a relaxed atmosphere, and has been consistently growing.

Summary :

As a Manager you will review and develop team members for a variety of clients. Communicate directly with clients on related audit matters, develop audit plans and coordinate deliverables.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and develop team members of multiple client engagements
  • Serve clients in a variety of industries
  • Manage and perform audits, reviews and compilation
  • Manage client relationships on related audit matters
  • Develop audit plans and plan assignments with staff
  • Manage firm risk on audits and proposals
  • Review reports, workpapers and management letters

Qualifications :

  • BS in Accounting
  • 5+ years of public accounting audit experience
  • CPA
  • Supervisory, review experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
