Auto Whiz is on the lookout for a skilled full- or part-time Auto Mechanic to join our team in Birmingham. If you're into fixing cars and looking for a solid gig, we've got the spot for you.
We offer competitive pay from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour , plus time and a half for over 40 hours. We also offer generous benefits such as uniforms, paid vacation, and paid holidays (Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, July 4th). Employees also have the option to purchase a Blue Cross plan as well as Aflac! If you work full-time, you can also accrue 10 hours a week if you arrive on time.
REQUIREMENTS :
We will train the right person! As long as you are optimistic and have a strong work ethic, we can train you.
Preferred qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
YOUR ROLE :
Your workdays? Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM is the full-time schedule . Overtime is on the table for those who want to put in the extra hours. Part-time schedules are flexible and negotiable . Your day starts with the basics-oil changes, tire swaps, and battery fixes. Team up with the crew to handle routine maintenance and tackle whatever rolls into the garage. It's a straight-up job, focused on getting cars back on the road without any fuss.
