About the Role :

In this exciting role, you will be at the heart of our client's creative process, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their vision and translate it into powerful design solutions. You will be instrumental in crafting visually stunning proposals, presentations, and graphics that resonate with diverse audiences, particularly within the government sector. Your expertise will be crucial in developing innovative deliverables that communicate complex information clearly and persuasively, making a direct impact on business growth and client engagement. You'll join a cross-disciplinary team where your ideas are valued, and your creativity can flourish.

What You'll Do :

Liaise directly with internal clients to deeply understand their objectives and transform their vision into innovative, brand-aligned design products and deliverables.

Conceptualize, develop, and execute dynamic design solutions, including proposals, presentations, and graphics, with a strong focus on government-related business development.

Provide expert design consultations, creating comprehensive concepts and designs that align seamlessly with creative briefs and strategic goals.

Proactively engage with internal clients to present, influence, and negotiate design deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Create and co-develop compelling storyboards and layouts to effectively communicate design ideas.

Actively participate in creative ideation sessions and design sprints, contributing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines and budgets.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering strong relationships with both internal clients and creative colleagues.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

A compelling digital portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking and exceptional design skills.

3+ years of professional experience as a graphic designer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality visual communications.

Demonstrated ability to design clear, visually compelling proposals, presentations, and campaigns.

Versatile, flexible, and confident communication skills, including active listening and diplomacy, essential for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in leveraging brand guidelines to develop a wide range of creative initiatives while adhering to established procedures.

Sound business acumen, with the ability to quickly grasp and adapt to firm strategy and standards.

Excellent project management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects and milestones effectively.

Technical understanding of both digital media and print design processes.

Proven problem-solving abilities to identify, resolve, and overcome creative and logistical obstacles.

Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed agency or in-house team environment.

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat).

Proficiency in creating compelling and interactive design solutions using PowerPoint.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint).

Experience working on a PC platform.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

Experience designing marketing materials.

Some knowledge of web development platforms.

Experience with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Sketch, Mural, or Miro.

Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools.
