Raytheon's Receiver, Exciter, and Back-End Processing (REBEP) Department is the focal point for receiver, exciter, beam steering, and signal processing technology within Raytheon. The department is responsible for the design, development, integration, test and support to the production builds of multiple Raytheon products.
We are looking for a highly skilled RF Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing and validating radio frequency (RF) systems and components. You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, quality, and reliability of RF products through rigorous testing and analysis. This role requires a deep understanding of RF principles, test methodologies, and the ability to work with advanced test equipment and cutting edge technology. You will collaborate closely with design engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop and execute test plans, troubleshoot issues, and provide detailed reports on test results. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for continuous improvement. What Will You Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for RF systems and components.
- Perform RF testing using advanced test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
- Troubleshoot and debug RF systems and components, test station, and process issues down to CCA and component levels.
- Analyze test data and provide detailed reports on performance, quality, and reliability.
- Collaborate with design engineers to identify and resolve issues early in the development process.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on testability and reliability.
- Document test procedures, results, and any issues encountered during testing.
- Assist in the development of new RF testing methodologies and best practices.
- This role is 100% on-site and will be based in both Tewksbury, MA and Andover, MA.

What We Offer
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
