THIS IS NOT THE TRADITIONAL CAR DEALERSHIP ENVIRONMENT!!! Are you outgoing and like creating relationships with people? Would you like to earn a great income and have a great time doing it? We are looking for people to join our Product Specialist team! Wagner Subaru is the 5th oldest Subaru dealer in the US! We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to help educate customers about what makes a vehicle from Wagner Subaru a great choice and why they should want to own one! Our ideal candidate will reflect the active lifestyle of many Subaru owners : outdoor enthusiast, physically active, intelligent, and caring / respectful of others.
Hours :
Full-time (minimum of 45 hours / week)
Monday thru Saturday, rotating nights and Saturdays, rotating holidays.
Compensation :
Monthly base salary and commissions based on gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction scores
The Product Specialist will be evaluated based on performance standards such as :
Monthly Customer Volume
- Monthly Conversions
- Customer Process
- Customer Service Scores
