What Youll Do
- Lead with vision : Coach, develop, and motivate the sales team to hit and exceed performance goals.
- Drive growth : Identify strategic sales opportunities and expand AOIs client base.
- Collaborate strategically : Partner with the Vice President of Furniture on forecasting, planning, and new initiatives.
- Build relationships : Cultivate strong partnerships with clients, the A&D community, and key business leaders.
- Engagement : Serve as our community ambassador, attending events in the Omaha business community through events, sponsorships, and A&D partnerships.
- Leverage insight selling : Deliver impactful client presentations and proposals that communicate the AOI + MillerKnoll advantage.
- Empower success : Monitor KPIs, manage CRM activity, and ensure process alignment across the sales function.
- Solve challenges proactively : Address issues in real time with creative, solution-driven thinking.
