A company is looking for a Back Office Agent for remote work. Key Responsibilities Process incoming customer prescriptions and orders, preparing and uploading data into the CRM system Manage customer data in the CRM system and document cost estimates for prescriptions Support the sales team with inquiries and order management while ensuring compliance with service levels and KPIs Required Qualifications and Experience Strong knowledge of the German health insurance system and reimbursement processes At least 3 years of experience in back-office processes, particularly in healthcare Bilingualism in German and English is a plus Experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably Salesforce and SAP Proficient in MS Office applications
