Job Summary
As the Bartender you will be responsible for the mixing and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following Applebee's specifications. You may also serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner following the Applebee's Service Promise Expectations :

Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year's experience with Bartending in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements is preferred.
Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
