Concludes the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return. Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift. Minimum 1+ years’ bartending experience in a full-service restaurant (liquor, beer, & wine). Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team. Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire bar area and service wells. Excellent communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time. Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 50 lbs.). Must be of legal age to pour and serve alcohol.
